I am a senior Psychology undergraduate student at Eötvös Loránd University and a publisher running the neurondetective.com website. Simultaneously, I am a sophomore in International Relations remote undergraduate program at Anadolu University.
I currently volunteer as a student mentor at Erasmus Student Network, the largest student organization in Europe, with over 190,000 local and international student members. I mentor first-year foreign students and partial exchange students in developing intercultural competence for their experiences abroad.
I serve as an alumnus volunteer at AFS Intercultural Youth Exchange Programs, one of the pioneers of youth exchange programs in the world, founded in 1915. I sincerely share AFS’s notion of providing intercultural learning opportunities to help people develop the knowledge, skills, and understanding needed to create a more just and peaceful world. More information on my voluntary activities at AFS can be found on my LinkedIn profile.
I'm particularly fascinated by the intersection between developmental psychology, computational modeling in behavioral sciences, and clinical mental health research. I work for and dream of a universal education system that would put high emphasis on psychosocial development to create a cumulative multi-generational impact that would eventually elevate the psychological wellbeing and competence of every individual in our society.
My non-professional interests and hobbies include climate justice and human rights activism, sustainable human settlements, history of science, evolutionary biology, and auditory arts. My strongest passion out of all would be auditory arts since I have been a violinist ever since I could remember.
